The scheme, which has been funded by Skillset’s TV Freelance Fund, is an executive development programme aimed at nurturing the leaders of the TV industry of tomorrow.

This unique, year-long course combines one-on-one mentoring by many of the most influential figures in the industry; personal development coaching; masterclasses and meetings hosted by many of the industry’s leading practitioners which aim to develop leadership skills and grow business knowledge and provide opportunities for high level networking.

This select group was chosen from a hugely competitive field through a committee selection process and a shortlist of interviews.
